Alex grew up in Atlanta Georgia. A life of playing sports led her to pursue a degree in Exercise Science from Auburn University. After college, Alex moved to Denver where she worked with clients of all ages. She got the opportunity to work with the Under Armour Performance Center in Baltimore, where she got to train with developing athletes.
Alex holds a Master's degree in nutrition, a Bachelor's degree in exercise science, and has multiple certifications in strength and nutritional coaching, including:

CFSC levels 1 & 2
NASM CPT
Corrective Exercise Specialist
TRX, and
Olympic lifting.
Her goal is to give her clients all the tools they need to succeed and live a happy, healthy life.
Sarah holds a Masters of Science in Clinical Nutrition from the Sonoran University of Health Sciences & is also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer & Certified Nutrition Coach. She has spent much of her career specializing within the areas of athletic performance, gut health, weight loss, bodybuilding, oncology, & autoimmune disorders. Sarah is also an athlete and bikini competitor herself.
In addition to 1-on-1 coaching, Sarah has collaborated on international nutrition, agroecology, and sustainability research projects.
Her insights have been featured in publications such as Forbes, BBC News, Healthline, & Medical News Today. She is also a member of the American Nutrition Association.
In her spare time, she enjoys being active herself, and spending time with her fiancé and 3 dogs.
